ACTWD to Complete Transtion to Vertical Web

Dear Valued Customer,

Through the years, clients have asked us what ACTWD means. In the truest sense, it was an acronym: A Creative Touch Web Design, as our origins were in website design. As the industry has evolved over the years, so have we.  That evolution has seen us grow into a top-tier full-service digital marketing agency, in addition to our web design and hosting services.

Although we have always offered web design and SEO/AI  services to our clients, in order to better represent what we do, we decided to rebrand our company, giving it a more all-encompassing name that is more representative of what we offer our clients.  We have selected Vertical Web and believe it will serve our needs without locking us in as the web continues to mature.

Other than our name, little has changed. Our team and ownership remain exactly the same, as does the service level many of you have enjoyed for over 25 years. Over the next several weeks we will be converting billing from ACTWD to Vertical Web.  You will then see your invoices and credit card statements show Vertical Web.  We have also transitioned the business registration to Texas.  This means that our Texas customers will begin seeing Texas Sales Tax included on their invoices.
