SEND A MESSAGE

Tell us what your website is supposed to do

The more we know about the goal, the better the first answer. Every message is read by our team in Houston, not a call center.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What to expect after you contact us

We read every form and email the same business day when we can. Someone who works on websites every day replies, usually with a question or two about the business before we talk price. If the right answer is a quick fix you can do yourself, we will say so.

If you have a website already, the fastest first step is the free website audit. It shows where your site stands on speed, SEO and lead capture, and it gives the conversation real numbers. If you are starting from scratch, a consultation covers your goals, budget and timeline, and you can see published prices on our SEO pricing plans page before we ever meet.

Beth Guide’s rule for every first meeting is candor: we tell you what not to buy. Plenty of businesses that call about a new website need better Google Business Profile work or a few rewritten pages instead. That honesty is part of why our original 1998 client is still with us.

WHAT WE HELP WITH

Services people contact us about most

Most calls fall into a few groups. Businesses that want more calls from Google ask about SEO services in Houston and local map pack work. Owners with an outdated or broken site ask about Houston web design and WordPress rebuilds. Companies that need leads now ask about paid search. And hosting clients call about email, domains and support, all of which run through our web hosting team.

Before you contact any agency

How to pick an SEO agency in Houston before you contact one

Most business owners contact three or four SEO companies before they choose one. That is smart. The trick is to ask the same questions of each SEO agency, so you can compare the answers side by side instead of comparing sales pitches.

Ask each agency who will do the work, and whether that person is on staff or a subcontractor. Ask what data they report and where it comes from: Search Console, Google Business Profile and your analytics, or a tool they own. Ask how they handle technical SEO, content and links, and what a typical month of work looks like. Ask what you own if you leave. A good SEO company will answer all of it in plain English on the first call.

Be wary of any strategy that promises a ranking by a date, or any agency that will not show you its own results. We wrote a full guide on how to choose an SEO company, and another on what should be included in an SEO proposal. Read them before you sign anything, with us or with anyone else.

Make the first answer useful

What to include when you contact a Houston SEO company

The form above asks for a short description of what your website is supposed to do. The more detail you give, the faster we can give you a real answer. A few lines on each of these helps:

Your goal. More calls, more quote requests, more online sales, more job applicants, or better reviews. Your service area and location. Which parts of Houston, which suburbs, or which states you sell to. Your industry and your top 3 competitors, so we can look at who is ranking where you want to be. Anything that changed recently, such as a drop in traffic or clicks after a redesign, a new domain or a Google update.

If you already have a website, we start with a free snapshot of its performance: speed, rankings, search terms, Google Business Profile and lead capture. That gives the first conversation numbers from a real source instead of guesses. You can request it on the free website analysis page, or include your web address in the form and we will pull it before we call.

Who you will talk to

Contact the right team: SEO, content marketing, social media and hosting

Every message reaches the same in-house team, but it helps to know who does what. Our search engine optimization team handles rankings, technical SEO, local map pack work and AI search. Our content marketing team writes the pages, posts and FAQs that give Google and the AI engines something worth citing. Our PPC team runs paid search campaigns, more than $1M a year of them.

Our design team builds and rebuilds WordPress sites. Our social media team handles posting and profiles. Our hosting team answers email, domain and server questions. Because the whole list sits under one roof, one contact reaches everyone working on your growth, and nobody blames another vendor when something breaks.

If you want to learn more before you reach out, our Houston SEO company page explains how we work, and our guide on how to read an SEO report shows what you will see each month. Or come to a class and ask Beth Guide in person. She has taught SEO since 2003.

QUESTIONS

Contact questions

Yes. Most of our clients are between Katy and Kingwood and from Houston up to Conroe, but we work with companies across Texas and nationally. Meetings run by phone or video just as well as in person.

Your website address, what the site is supposed to do for the business, and what is not working. If you have Google Analytics or Search Console, admin access helps us give you real numbers instead of guesses.

Yes. The free website audit looks at speed, SEO, Google Business Profile and the basics that decide whether a site produces calls. You get a plain answer, even if the answer is that you do not need us.

Ask every agency the same questions: who does the work, what data they report and from what source, what a month of work includes, and what you own if you leave. Compare the answers, not the pitches, and skip anyone who promises a ranking by a date.

Your web address, your goal, your service area, your industry, your top competitors and anything that changed recently, such as a traffic drop. That lets the agency look at real data before the first call.

No. Most of our clients are in the Houston area, from Katy to Kingwood to Conroe, and we also work with businesses across Texas and nationally. The same in-house team handles every account.
