CASE STUDIES, NOT JUST SCREENSHOTS
What you will find in our web design portfolio
Through the years we have helped clients in many ways. Some projects are fresh designs. Many are case studies of problems we solved: a site that lost its traffic after someone else’s redesign, a store that outgrew its platform, a practice that could not get into the map pack or a manufacturer whose capabilities were buried in one paragraph.
Every site in this portfolio was built by our own in-house team in Houston. No offshore labor and no subcontractors. Most current projects run on WordPress with Astra and Elementor Pro, so clients own their sites outright and can edit them without calling us. We host most of them too, on our own WordPress hosting.
We keep adding projects as they launch. Click any site below to see more about the work.

HOW TO JUDGE A PORTFOLIO
How should you evaluate a web designer's portfolio?
Beth Guide teaches business owners to look past how a site looks and check how it is built. She once reviewed a designer’s portfolio for a class and found the same problem on every site: a handful of menu items, mostly one page sites, menus that said Home, Learn More and Contact Us and missing SEO elements throughout. The sites looked fine. They just could not rank.
Use these quick checks on any portfolio, including ours:
- Title tags. Does each page title name the service and the area, or just the company?
- Navigation. Does the menu name real services, or hide them behind vague labels?
- Headings. Is there one clear H1 per page, with H2s that describe the content?
- Content. Do service pages explain the service, or carry a few lines of filler?
- Speed and mobile. Does the site load quickly and work well on your phone?
- Calls to action. Can you call or request a quote from every page?
Our guide to hiring a web designer walks through each check in detail, and our free SEO audit tool can score any site in a minute.

BY INDUSTRY
Web design for your industry
Every industry has its own buyers, searches and rules. These pages explain what we build for some of the industries we serve most: law firm web design, medical website design, contractor website design and manufacturing website design.
Selling online? See our ecommerce web design work. Have a site that needs a refresh rather than a rebuild? A website redesign can modernize it while keeping the pages that already rank.
WHAT EVERY BUILD INCLUDES
What goes into every website in our portfolio?
The designs in this portfolio look different because the businesses behind them are different. The foundation underneath is the same on every project.
- A keyword and page plan written before design starts, so the menu and headings match what customers search.
- Mobile first layouts reviewed on a phone before anyone approves the desktop version.
- Real content written with the client, not placeholder text or generic filler.
- Schema markup for the business, its services and its FAQs.
- URL preservation and 301 redirects on every redesign, so existing rankings carry over.
- Tracking for calls and forms from launch day.
- Ownership of the domain, site and content in the client’s name.
That foundation is why many of these sites keep ranking years after launch.
Idea to execution
How each Houston web design project in our portfolio was built: strategy, UI/UX design and development
Every website in this portfolio started the same way: with a business goal, not a color scheme. Before any design work, we ask what the site has to produce. Phone calls, quote requests, online sales, job applicants or donations. The strategy comes from that answer, and every page is planned backward from it.
Next comes UI/UX design. UX, or user experience, is how a visitor moves through the site: what they see first, where they click and how quickly they find the answer they came for. UI, or user interface, is the look of each screen: the layout, buttons, type and color. Good UI/UX design makes the next step obvious, on a phone or a desktop. We sketch the layout and test it against real customer questions before we build anything.
Then development. Our developers build each site on WordPress with Astra and Elementor Pro, connect the forms, email and tracking, set up search engine optimization basics on every page and host it on servers we manage. The idea, the design and the execution all happen inside one in-house team, which is why the finished site matches what was planned. See our full web design services for what each project includes.
Brand and graphic design
Branding and graphic design in our web design portfolio
A website is often the first place a customer meets your brand, so branding work shows up across this portfolio. Some clients came to us with a strong brand already, and we designed the site to match it. Others needed a new logo, a color palette or a clearer message before the site could do its job.
Our branding and graphic design work sits with the same people who build the sites. That keeps the logo, the colors, the photos and the tone consistent from the website to social media to email marketing. Consistency builds trust, and trust is what turns a visitor into a lead.
When a company has outgrown its look, we handle it as a rebranding project, so the old name and URLs keep the rankings they earned with Google.
What you get
What do Houston web designers include in a website package?
Packages vary a lot, so compare them line by line. A complete website project should include a clear scope and page list, custom design based on your brand, content writing or editing, responsive design for every device, basic SEO on every page (title tags, meta descriptions, headings and schema), forms connected to your email or CRM, analytics, hosting, SSL, backups and training so an employee can update the site.
Watch for what is missing. Some low-priced packages leave out content, SEO or hosting, then charge for them later. Others put the site on a platform you cannot move, so you never really own it. Ask who owns the domain, the files and the accounts. With us, you do.
Will your site be a template or custom? Every site we build uses a proven framework, because reliable code matters, but the design, the page structure and the content are built for your business. That is the difference between a template you fill in and a custom website that fits your customers.
Hiring smart
What red flags should you avoid when hiring a Houston web design company?
Portfolio sites that all look the same, with thin pages and menus that say Home, Services and Contact. That usually means the designer is not thinking about search engines at all.
No answer to “what happens to my old pages?” A redesign that ignores existing URLs can wipe out years of rankings overnight. A professional team maps every old page and sets up 301 redirects before launch.
Vague pricing and a vague timeline. A good firm gives you a written scope, the cost of each part and a realistic schedule. It also sets expectations about what you need to provide, such as photos, content and decisions.
No one to call after launch. Ask who handles updates, security and problems once the site is live. Startups and small businesses especially need a partner, not just a builder. Our guide to website redesign covers the questions to ask before you hire anyone, including us.
QUESTIONS
Questions about our web design portfolio
Live sites you can visit, not just screenshots. Check whether each site loads fast on your phone, has clear page titles, one main heading per page, real content on service pages and an obvious way to call or request a quote. A good looking site that fails those checks will not bring in business.
Yes. Ask us for references in your industry and we will connect you with clients who are comfortable sharing their experience. Our original 1998 client is still with us, which says more than any screenshot.
Most of our design clients are in the Houston area, from the Galleria to Kingwood, Katy and Cypress, but we build and host sites for businesses across Texas and the country.
Usually, yes. We have built for law firms, medical and dental practices, contractors, manufacturers, energy companies, nonprofits, real estate, ecommerce and many more. Our industry pages describe what we build for each one.
Most current builds are WordPress sites using Astra and Elementor Pro, which gives clients full ownership and easy editing. Some older projects in the portfolio were built on other platforms and later moved to WordPress.
Custom. We build on WordPress with Astra and Elementor Pro for reliable code, but the design, structure and content are planned around your business and your customers.
It depends on the number of pages, the content and the features. We set the schedule in writing before the project starts, and having your photos and content ready keeps it moving.
You can meet the team, the team knows the local market and the same people stay with your site after launch. Our offices are in the Galleria, Kingwood and Cypress.
It depends on the scope, the content and the features. We give you a written quote after a free review, and we will tell you if a smaller site will do the job.
Want your website in our portfolio?
Start with a free website audit. We will review your current site and show you what a rebuild, a redesign or a few targeted fixes would change.
