ACTWD to Complete Transtion to Vertical Web
Dear Valued Customer,
Through the years, clients have asked us what ACTWD means. In the truest sense, it was an acronym: A Creative Touch Web Design, as our origins were in website design. As the industry has evolved over the years, so have we. That evolution has seen us grow into a top-tier full-service digital marketing agency, in addition to our web design and hosting services.
Although we have always offered web design and SEO/AI services to our clients, in order to better represent what we do, we decided to rebrand our company, giving it a more all-encompassing name that is more representative of what we offer our clients. We have selected Vertical Web and believe it will serve our needs without locking us in as the web continues to mature.
Other than our name, little has changed. Our team and ownership remain exactly the same, as does the service level many of you have enjoyed for over 25 years. Over the next several weeks we will be converting billing from ACTWD to Vertical Web. You will then see your invoices and credit card statements show Vertical Web. We have also transitioned the business registration to Texas. This means that our Texas customers will begin seeing Texas Sales Tax included on their invoices.
We want to thank all of you for putting your trust in us. And, we look forward to working with you for many years in the future.

FAQ
We will need to receive a completed, signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification (Form 01-339). Once we have received the form your account will be set as exempt. Please email the completed form to billing@verticalweb.com
Our check payment processing will be moving to Texas. You should issue checks to Vertical Web LLC instead of ACTWD. Your account number will remain the same. If you use a “Bill Pay” system through your bank you will need to update the “Payee” or “Pay To the Order of” name from ACTWD to Vertical Web as well as the mailing address.

On our side, we anticipate all accounts will be converted before EOY 2025. However, depending on your billing cycle, you may not “see” the change until next year. Customers on monthly billing will see the change much sooner. Customers who bill annually with an anniversary date that falls from January-September will see the change on their next bill in 2026.
Phone numbers remain the same.
