Simply put, we work with our customers to develop, host, promote and rank websites, as well as provide turn key IT solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
It is common that a company will only specialize in one core competency. We are different, we believe that for a website to be successful, all aspects of the site need to work together to present the strongest possible presence. . Because of diverse management and expertise, Vertical Web is a perfectly blended company that can address all website needs from programming and development, network support and hosting, to marketing and optimization, as well as the increasingly important social networking component. We are a pioneer in the industry and we continue to set the standard.
We are client-oriented and recognize that each client comes with a different set of circumstances, goals, and understanding. We view our clients as partners and help educate them as we work though the process. How the Internet can help a business grow must be tailored to fit each individual business model. The key is listening to our clients. We then work with them to adapt their circumstances into a successful online presence that meets their goals.

In reply to your response. This seem to be the only avenue to communicate with you. I never received the previous invoice because I can never get logged into my account on your website to update my contact or payment information. When I go to your website and click the "login" button nothing happens. I used the link on your website for something I know you wanted to sell me, and I posted this review, to get your attention. That was after I called your number for tech support and talked to the lady a long time for her to explain I needed tech support and they weren't available so she had to send them a message. I also tried the chat function on your website. It said there was a wait, but I was #1 in the queue, but the wait would be 55 min? I gave up after about 30 min. Yesterday I talked to Kelly. She told me about the extension of the invoice or whatever and asked me to pay $29. I paid $29. I asked again about the EPP code so I could transfer my domain registration. She told me she was sending it to the email on file that we confirmed. I have not received it. I did receive a new invoice for the service I don't want. I will repeat again that you seem to be very bad and creating and maintaining web services for a company that specializes in that. I ended up with ACTWD years ago because my former registrar went out of business years ago or you acquired them, I don't remember. The only interaction I have is every year when my webhosting breaks and I realize I was expired. This is the first year I even have an email or website to communicate with you. Before that I had to call some lady that sounded like she was in her basement or living room. Can I please just get the information to move my domain? I just want to move it to the same company that does my hosting, so it is simpler for me and so I can communicate somewhere besides Google reviews. If you want more money, just say so. You act like you did me a favor, but I think I have paid you for like 15 years for zero effort. I would have rather paid a couple hundred buck to redeem it from someone else. Honestly, I am close to just abandoning it and starting over with a new domain but there are a couple emails I would like to get at.
