The Work
Who can register my campaign for Campaign Verify and 10DLC?
We can. Vertical Web handles the full registration for candidates, parties and PACs so your team can stay focused on voters and fundraising. You tell us about your committee. We do the forms, the follow-up and the fixes.
Most registration problems are not hard. They are tedious. A committee name typed two different ways. A website with no texting terms. Sample messages that do not match how you really plan to text. We catch those details because we look for them on purpose.
We also cover the part a paperwork-only vendor cannot. Carrier reviewers visit your campaign website, and we design and host websites. If your site needs a privacy policy, texting terms or a clearer sign-up form, our Houston web design team builds it, and our WordPress hosting keeps it online. The same people then submit your registration.
When registration is done, your texts can run through our political text messaging program or through the platform you already use.
Included in the service
- Committee filing review
- Campaign Verify request and token
- Brand and political campaign registration
- Sample messages and opt-in wording
- Privacy policy and texting terms pages
- Follow-up if reviewers ask questions
How It Works
How do we get your campaign verified and registered?
Here is the order we work in. Each step builds on the one before it, so a clean start saves trouble later. You approve what we submit, and we keep you posted at every stage.
1. Collect your committee details
We start with the official filing your committee made with the FEC or a Texas or local election office. We note the exact legal name, address, committee type and contact details. Everything we submit later will match that record word for word.
2. Get your website review-ready
Before any form goes in, we look at your campaign site the way a reviewer would. We add or fix the privacy policy, the texting terms and the opt-in wording on your sign-up forms. Because we build and host sites, this happens in-house.
3. Submit to Campaign Verify
We prepare and file the verification request for your committee. When Campaign Verify confirms you, it issues your token. We keep a record of it for you and for your texting platform.
4. Register your brand and political campaign
We enter your brand and your political messaging campaign with your texting platform and attach the token. We write the campaign description, sample messages and opt-in language so they tell one consistent story. Then the carriers review it.
5. Answer questions and hand off
If a reviewer comes back with a question, we answer it and resubmit. Once you are approved, we hand you a short summary of what was registered. That record helps when you add numbers or change how you text.
Getting Started
What does your campaign need to start Campaign Verify registration?
You do not need to understand the carrier system to get started. You just need to gather a few things. Send us what you have, and we will point out anything missing.
Your committee filing
Send the filing you made with the FEC or with your state, local or tribal election authority. We use it as the master record. Every name and address we submit will match it.
An authorized contact
We need one person who can speak for the committee, usually the candidate, the treasurer or the campaign manager. That person approves what we submit and answers questions if any come up. Pick someone who replies quickly.
Access to your website
If we built or host your site, we already have what we need. If not, we need a login or a contact on your web team. Either way, the texting terms and privacy pages have to be live before we file.
Your texting platform
Tell us which platform you plan to use, or let us run your texting for you. The registration goes in through that platform. Switching platforms later can mean redoing part of the paperwork.
An honest picture of your plan
Volunteer conversations, event reminders, fundraising asks and rapid response all read differently to a reviewer. Tell us what you really plan to send. We describe it accurately so your approval fits how you actually text.
Your approved disclosure
If your texts will count as political advertising in Texas, we need the Sec. 255.001 disclosure wording your treasurer or counsel approved. If you do not have it yet, we draft it for their review. It then goes into every template.
Why Us
Why hand your registration to Vertical Web?
Plenty of vendors will file a form. Fewer can fix what a reviewer finds on your website, write your messages and stay on the hook afterward. That is the gap we fill.
Instructors, not order takers
Beth Guide has taught digital marketing for the SBA, the University of Houston SBDC, Lone Star College and HCC since 2003, and she explains technology on Fox 26. Other marketers learn from our team. Your committee gets that same clarity on its registration.
One team from site to send
Registration, website, hosting and outreach live under one roof at Vertical Web. When a reviewer flags your privacy page, the fix does not wait on a separate web vendor. The people who submit your file are the people who update your site.
A firm that still answers the phone
We opened in 1998, and the first client we ever signed is still with us. Google lists us as a Certified Google Partner, clients give us a 4.9 rating, and Best of West Houston 2025 gave us First Place triple honors. Your next cycle’s renewal will not land on a stranger.
Honest about fit
We run more than a million dollars in annual PPC, and that tells us what reaching a voter ought to cost. If your race is better served by email or calls than by texting, we will tell you before you pay for registration you do not need.
After Approval
What happens after Campaign Verify approves your committee?
Approval puts you on the road. Staying approved takes a little care, especially across a primary, a possible runoff and a general election.
Your token goes to work
Once your committee is verified, the token attaches to your registration so carriers can see you are an authentic political sender. From there, your texts run under the political use case. We keep the token details on file so you are not hunting for them later.
Changes that need attention
New committees, new platforms and new kinds of messages can all affect your registration. So can a big shift in what you send, like moving from volunteer conversations to fundraising asks. Tell us before you change course, and we will check whether anything needs an update.
Renewing for the next cycle
Campaign Verify verification is tied to each entity for one two-year election cycle. If you run again, or your PAC stays active, you verify again when a new cycle begins. We keep your records ready so renewal is a short task, not a fresh start.
Officeholders often keep texting between elections. We can keep your registration in line while you talk with constituents and plan the next race. Our voter outreach services team handles the ongoing sends.
Who Qualifies
Does your committee qualify for Campaign Verify?
Campaign Verify serves U.S. political campaigns, parties and PACs. To qualify, your group should be a candidate committee, party, PAC or other political committee organized as a 527 and registered with the FEC, or with an election authority at the state, local or tribal level.
That covers most races, from a Houston city council seat to a statewide office. It also covers party organizations and PACs that are registered as political committees. Registration help is one piece of the political consulting work we do for Texas campaigns.
If your organization is not a 527, the political use case is likely not open to you. That can include advocacy nonprofits and businesses that want to talk about an election. You may still be able to register as a standard business or nonprofit sender. We help you choose an honest registration that fits what you actually send, and your counsel should confirm how election rules apply to your group.
Not sure where you land? Send us your filing details, and we will tell you plainly which path fits. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Usually eligible
- Candidate committees
- Political parties
- PACs registered as political committees
- Other 527 committees with an FEC or state filing
- Committees filed with local or tribal election authorities

Campaign Verify and 10DLC Registration Help: Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on how complete your paperwork is and on review queues that no vendor controls. We will not promise a date, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is remove the delays you do control: matched filing details, a review-ready website and clean sample messages. Start as soon as your committee is filed, well before your first planned send.
Yes, as long as the group qualifies. Any 527 political committee qualifies, whether it backs one candidate, runs a party or operates as a PAC, once it has registered with the FEC or a state, local or tribal election office. We handle each entity separately, because each one verifies on its own. If you run more than one committee, tell us up front and we will plan the work together.
No. We can register your brand and political campaign with the platform you already use, as long as it supports political 10DLC registration. If you do not have a platform yet, we can run your texting for you as part of our outreach work. Either way, the registration belongs to your committee, and we give you a record of what was filed.
Then Campaign Verify is probably not your route. You may still be able to text as a registered business or nonprofit sender under a standard use case. We will review your situation, explain the options and help you describe your program accurately. Your legal counsel should confirm how election rules apply to your organization before you start sending.
In general, Campaign Verify verification covers an entity for a two-year election cycle, so races inside that cycle work from the same verification. When a new cycle starts, you verify again. What can change mid-cycle is your registration, such as a new platform or new message types. Tell us about changes and we will check what needs an update.
We read the reason, fix what caused it and resubmit. The fix might be in the paperwork, the sample messages or your website. Because we build and host websites, a site change does not wait on another vendor. We keep you posted at each step so you always know where your registration stands.
It depends on your committee, how many numbers and platforms are involved and how much website work is needed. Rather than quote a number that may not fit, we look at your setup first. Schedule a consultation so we can scope the work together. If you only need website fixes, a free website audit is a good place to start.
No. Campaign Verify confirms your committee is a real political sender for carrier purposes. Carrier rules and TCPA rules are separate systems, and passing one says nothing about the other. Consent, opt-outs and Texas disclosures still apply. Our full compliance checklist for campaigns covers the rest. None of this is legal advice, so check with your treasurer or counsel.
Let us do the paperwork
Send us your committee filing and your website address. We will check both, tell you what needs fixing and take your registration from there. Schedule a consultation or get started today.
